PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal data you give us when you:

• Send an enquiry through our contact form or by email
• Apply for a role or send a portfolio
• Work with us as a client, consultant, contractor or supplier

This may include your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, project details, and any CVs or documents you send.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. Our Cookies Policy has the details.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it unless we request it for a specific purpose.

• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and operators on projects you are involved in
• Assessing job applications
• Understanding how the site is used and improving it
• Meeting legal, accounting and contractual obligations

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Access is limited to staff who need it for the matter concerned. We share personal data outside Silverfox Studios only:

• With consultants, contractors, suppliers and operators working on the same project, where needed to deliver it
• With service providers that run our website, email and file storage, including Webflow and Google
• Where you have agreed
• Where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, loss or alteration. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers and project partners may store or process personal data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or for legal and business record keeping. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You may ask us to:

• Give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
• Correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Stop using your personal data for any purpose, by withdrawing consent
• Delete personal data we no longer need

We aim to respond within 30 days. If withdrawing consent means we can no longer handle an enquiry or application, we will tell you before acting on it.
