Food and beverage design is the studio's specialism, covering Cantonese and Chinese fine dining, Japanese robata, teppanyaki and izakaya, Portuguese, Spanish and British dining, all-day dining and hotel bars, for venues at Mandarin Oriental, Emirates Palace, MGM Macau, The Londoner Macao, Marina Bay Sands and The Westin. Each venue is designed around its own concept. Netsu at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai is planned as a double-height kabuki theatre with the robata grill as its stage. Broadway at Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi recreates a 1920s New York theatre-district brewery, and Yardbird at Marina Bay Sands Singapore is built as a barnhouse in reclaimed wood. Man Wah at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Tasca at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai each hold One MICHELIN Star.
